In business since 1986, Illinois Valley Machine has provided machining services to some of America's biggest manufacturers. What started as a one man shop has now grown to a full CNC and manual machine shop with in-house saw and welding services. We also offer 24-hour emergency machining and have a full service mobile shop available to provide you with an on-site machine shop anywhere in the country. With 7 vertical mills and 9 lathes, Illinois Valley Machine has the equipment to get your parts made on time with unparalleled precision. We have some of the most talented and experienced staff in Illinois, and are capable of turning any print into a reality on our state of the art Haas Automation milling and turning centers. We strive to write the most efficient programs possible to reduce cycle times and deliver your product in record time without compromising quality.
Manual Machining
We take a special pride in our manual machining, it is what we started out doing back in 1986 and it has only improved in the years following. For those projects that require a human touch, we have some of the best vertical mills, lathes, surface grinders, and drill presses available. We also have the capability for in-house welding, so whatever your project may need we have the skills and equipment to get it done on time and dead on to print.
Mobile Machining
Full Machine Shop, On Your Job Site, Anywhere
We offer a 48 foot, fully equipped mobile machining trailer available to work on-site anywhere in America that will greatly reduce turnaround times to help get your job done ahead of schedule and under budget. Powered by 440V or 220V 3-phase, our trailer can provide finished parts utilizing equipment such as: a 16"x60" gap bed lathe, Bridgeport vertical mill, horizontal band saw, 8"x18" surface grinder, and a 20" Arbor drill press.
